These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and Keane Global Enterprises Pty Ltd ACN: 681737744 trading as Shirr & Fior (us, we, and our) and apply to the ordering, purchasing, and delivery of items from www.shirrandfior.com.au (website).

1. GENERAL
1.1       When using our website you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2       Our website is not intended to be used by children under 18 years old.
1.3       Our website is intended to be used by customers residing and ordering in Australia.
1.4       We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are required to check the terms and conditions each time you use this website or place an order.
1.5       All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our explicit permission.

2. ACCOUNT
2.1       You must not set up an account for anyone but yourself.
2.2       Please ensure that any information you enter into your account is accurate.
2.3       We reserve the right to cancel any account at anytime for any reason.
2.4       You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential. Do not disclose this information to any third party.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
3.1       Colours of items may vary slightly depending on the device you are viewing the website on, as a result, we cannot guarantee the items will be exactly as they appear on your screen. Please read the item description for colour details. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.
3.2       Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and Exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
4.1       Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase and pay for the items at the advertised price plus GST/fees and shipping costs, please refer to our Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy as these also form part of our Terms and Conditions.
4.2       We cannot guarantee certain items availability at all times. If an item is not available after you have ordered it, we will contact you by email to offer you an exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
4.3       We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order.
4.4       You are required to check all items and quantities are correct before you pay for your order.
4.5       Any information you provide us, we assume is your personal and private information. 

5. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
5.1       We reserve the right to cancel your order any time before the item has been delivered, and for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • the inability to process or receive your payment;

  • our manufacturers are unable to supply the items we were expecting or we are out of stock;

  • events beyond our control including but not limited to extreme weather events; or

  • we agree with you to cancel an order at your request.

 5.2       If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email as soon as reasonably practical.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
6.1       We currently only ship within Australia.

6.2       You will receive a tracking number for your parcel once payment has been received.
Items will be shipped the same day you order if;

  • The order is placed on a business day (business days exclude weekends and public holidays) and,

  • The order is placed before 3:00PM Queensland time.   

6.3       Keane Global Enterprises Pty Ltd take no responsibility for deliveries that are delayed, lost, stolen or sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

7. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
7.1       We do not offer refunds or store credits for change of mind.
7.2       If you wish to return a faulty garment, please email keaneglobalenterprises@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with item details and photos of the faults. 

7.3       You are required to inspect all items within 48 hours of delivery, any faulty items after this time will be deemed as damaged floor stock and will not be eligible for returns.
